You can submit a referee statement for an applicant electronically via this service. Statements submitted electronically do not need to be sent separately by post.
The service can be accessed using Finnish online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. Referees based in Finland without electronic identification, as well as referees based outside Finland, can log in by creating separate user credentials for the service.
